FAQs
I want to host something like this at my work but the full programs seem too long. Do you have any shorter options for the workplace?
Yes, we can absolutely accommodate these requests. Please CONTACT ME to discuss content, length and pricing.
Why should I take a multi-week program?
It can be really helpful to read a book or listen to a podcast about mindfulness, self-compassion and meditation, but the real transformation happens when we turn these concepts into a way of being through practice. These multi-week programs give you the structured spaciousness to explore different meditations and exercises, to find what works best for you.
I can't meditate. Can I still take one of these programs?
Our gentle suggestion is to consider what it means to you to meditate and then we invite you to let go of any sense of "needing to get it right". Although meditation is a tool used in these programs, it is not essential to have any meditation experience or proficiency to explore mindfulness.
I'm in therapy right now. Can I still join?
This is a great question to explore with your therapist. These programs are for everyone but they may not be supportive while experiencing early days of addiction recovery or grief, or if you are currently working with suicidal ideation or active psychosis. Please reach out if you are unsure if now is the right time to take these program.
