Mindfulness is simple and yet completely radical in its kindly invitation to begin rebuilding the essential friendship with ourselves as we already are. Not when we lose or gain weight, not once we've stopped making that mistake again, not once we are perfect. Right now, mindfulness is here for us, just as we are.
Whatever your struggles and challenges, mindfulness will not fix them and it will not fix you because you are not broken. What the practice of mindfulness will do is begin to gently remind you of your own innate strength, wisdom and deeply compassionate heart.

Mindfulness is not a goal to be reached. It is a way of being that gives us back our lives by letting us trust ourselves to find a deep peace no matter the struggles and challenges. And it can be cultivated through practice. I am a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher, a Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher and a Trained Mindfulness-Based Habit Change Teacher, and it is my deep joy and privilege to share these programs. It would be a gift to practice with you.
